types of commonly used cleaning agents
1. organic solvent cleaning agents: these reagents include gasoline, kerosene, light diesel oil and ethanol, ether, acetone, etc. with similar properties. This kind of cleaning agent is simple and convenient to use, but the cost is high. When using it, attention should be paid to fire prevention and ventilation; it will cause certain pollution to the environment and stimulate the skin and respiratory system of the operator.
2. Water-based cleaning agent: This kind of reagent is formulated with surfactant and detergent or other additives. The aqueous solution of water-based cleaning agent (often called chemical cleaning solution) has good cleaning ability for grease and water-soluble dirt. Some chemical cleaning fluids also have the ability to prevent rust in the middle, so they are very suitable for cleaning before assembly or during assembly.
3. Lye: Lye has a good cleaning effect on oil stains. If a small amount of water-based cleaning agent, such as 6503 and TX-10, is added when preparing lye, the cleaning effect is better.
4. Trichloroethylene: Trichloroethylene has the advantages of high degreasing effect, good cleaning effect, and flame retardancy. It has a low boiling point, is easy to vaporize and condense, and has a high vapor density and is not easy to diffuse, so it is suitable for gas phase cleaning. You can also use immersion washing, spray washing, etc. When used for gas phase cleaning, the cleaning temperature should generally be controlled at 87~92 ℃. If the temperature is too high, trichloroethylene will decompose and lose the cleaning ability. If the temperature is too low, the vaporization will not be sufficient, which will also affect the cleaning effect. During gas phase cleaning, the evaporation area of the gas phase cleaning area in the cleaning tank should be greater than 2 times of the total area of the part, and the distance between the tank wall and the surface of the part should not be less than the 1/2 of the section size of the part.
action process
In the cleaning process of dairy processing equipment, the role of the cleaning agent includes:
1. Take away impurities on the surface of the equipment through the wetting and infiltration of the cleaning solution.
2. Displace the liquid and solid scale on the surface of the device by saponifying fats, peptic proteins and dissolving minerals.
3. Through dispersion, depolymerization and emulsification, the scale is suspended in the cleaning solution.
4. Prevent the suspended scale from depositing again on the clean equipment surface through an effective rinsing procedure.
action characteristics
A good cleaning agent should have the following characteristics: moderate and effective water softening effect:
1. Can dissolve in water quickly and safely.
2. The cleaning agent itself should be non-toxic and non-corrosive.
3. Easy to use and low price.
4. stable and safe in nature, not easy to decompose, and long storage period.
5. No caking, no dust.
